|We had a fairly substantial amount of Bartercard Trade Dollars to spend and wanted to use most of them in the property market, after some consideration we decided to purchase a property that would provide income - not just long-term capital gain.

2004 Porsche Cayenne
Just like the Pepper this thing is hot! Goes like a cut cat.
This car cost $250,000 new - not to be confused with the 250bhp 3.2l V6 which cost less than $100k.
The clever germans thought 4.5 litre V8 was not enough so they strapped on 2 turbos – and the result is 500+ bhp!

Note: Lights come on intermittently for the height control and brake system. I have had these both checked out and both systems are working perfectly. Also one cornering headlight bulb is out.
Please note the built in Sat-Nav does not work so I have a Navman hardwired into the ignition, this Navman unit will stay with the car and is included in the sale. There is also a hardwire to the ceiling near the reversing mirror for a Radar Detector if you have one.
We live in North Canterbury so higher km's are due to hot running in and out of town.
